Thank you so much for writing me back so soon. I went ahead and bought the e-book. Just downloaded it. It looks great. I don't think I've had a good day for a couple of years now, gaining weight and constantly bloated.

Anyway, I am so glad I found your site. It was one of the very few that seemed to differentiate between gluten and wheat... I am going to work on eliminating some things this week, but it will be tough. I love breads and pastas and pizza (glad to see the pizza recipe). I think I might spend a couple weeks on straight vegetables and see what happens, then start trying to bake some of that great bread you have included.

Hi Michelle,
Have just downloaded your book. I just had to email you; I’m only on page 7 but that’s me – that’s just how I feel i.e. I can eat wheat but often feel no effects. Its as if it only reacts when it enters the gut. (Cruel cos then you don’t suspect it)

Can you believe that I have been suffering for 14 years! My doctor was no help, he said there is no allergy clinic I can be sent to, so basically go away. They didn’t seem to want to be bothered with me.
Anyway will go back to my reading now. See if I can learn and start implementing some changes.

Your story is so like mine and probably thousands of others; thank you for your inspiration. I was struggling with giving up wheat mainly because of bread. It is one of the foods that I love and just to be able to sit down and eat a loaf of bread with just butter would be heaven. I can’t wait to try out your recipes.
